connect thanos-query in the ops environment to thanos-sidecar and thanos-store in customersdot environments
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/-/issues/14621 we are setting up monitoring for the customersdot environments. As part of this effort, thanos-store will be deployed to the relevant GKE clusters here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/-/issues/15169 . Once thanos-store is deployed, we should connect it to thanos-query in the ops environment. In addition, we should also connect thanos-query to thanos-sidecar.
