Decommission PoC from Preprod Environment
Problem Statement
Based off of the discussion in #19414 (closed), we have decided to proceed with option B of refreshing the preprod environment, in order to bringing it back to a desired working state to serve as a fully functioning and reliable release instance.
This issue should be picked up after we have deployed and set up the new testing clusters that were created via #19505.
Now that we have working testing clusters for delivery PoC efforts, we should decommission any PoC work that was part of &962 (closed) and was deployed to the preprod environment.
The focus of the traffic shifting effort moved to Dedicated a building blocks of Cells. &1092 (closed) (see #19547 (closed)).
We must ensure Pre is brought back to its original state and changes applied are not interfering with the QA and Release process.
We had 2 issues related to the environments not being in sync (pre and pre2 sharing Redis and Database and Sidekiq workers of Pre2 running on a previous GitLab version):
Goal
Ensure QA and Release process leveraging Pre are working smoothly and not impacted by any PoC changes.
