Remove the legacy deployment job

After #1578 (closed), we trigger individual deployments for each environment. For testing purposes, we have a legacy job that still triggers a single deployment pipeline for all the environments, right now is a no-op and.

Since we concluded triggering separate deployments is the way to go, we should remove this job.
