Link release QA issue and QA test session issue

We're trying to generate a QA test session issue, as described in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/team-tasks/-/issues/603, and the test session issue may look like this: gitlab-org/quality/testcase-sessions#1, which should link to the corresponding release QA issue like: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/release/tasks/-/issues/1491

Here's my question: I am trying to find where we generate the release QA issue, and the bottom of the issue showed something like:

🤖 This issue was generated via triggered pipeline.

But I don't have access to the pipeline, and don't know where to look further.

Could you please let me know where we generate the QA issue? And would you have any pointers to connect it with the QA pipeline?
