Add patroni-security-v14 inventories for pg-replica-rebuild in gstg and gprd

Add pstroni-security-v14 gstg and gprd inventories under pg-rebuild-replica

Add inventories so we can rebuild the newly-created replicas post-terraform in config-mgmt. This will sync the two new postgres nodes with the appropriate (patroni-main-v14*) db clusters in gstg and gprd, respectively.

This is a requirement for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/dbre/-/issues/95
