Downgrading mise to 2024.11.4,
Why
as with this version the tenctl ssh plugin works, ref: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/cells/tissue/-/jobs/9194101608
but with 2.59 it fails to add the plugin: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/cells/tissue/-/jobs/9193830654
