feat: Introduce Registry only crawling to CMBR

Adds new traffic option to only target Registry on the target issue. It works similar to git option - walks through existing projects and adds /packages, /container_registry and /infrastructure_registry to found project URL to invoke calls to instance's registry URL.

Analysis at #6 (comment 992510514) showed that this method works and number of requests at pubsub-registry-inf-gstg service was increased.
