JAM Team 2024 Goals
As the new year begins, there are a few high-level things I'd like us to work on consistently throughout the year to expand our UX point of view within our groups, help our team grow in our areas of work, and to grow our UX knowledge and skills. I've come up with 3 areas for us to work on to help us accomplish this. I've spoken with most of you already about this during our 1:1's. Furthermore, I'll use this issue to more formally introduce these ideas, define how we'll work on them throughout the year, and help us track our efforts.

: Make 2024 the year of sharing without fear!- I’ve added a new reminder (Slack) to the JAM Team Slack channel to help reinforce this goal.
- To get things started, I'd like each of you to create a 5 to 10 min summary/overview video that walks through what your Group's UX does for your user. Please check your name off once you've shared your video summary/overview to the ux_coworking Slack channel.

Start by collaborating with your group counterparts to evaluate and understand your group's Jobs and assess if you have high confidence in them. Then work with your UXR to generate opportunity data based on ODI methodologies. Please check your name off once you've confirmed that your Jobs are in a high confidence state, and you've either completed or have begun working with your UXR on discovering ODI Opportunities.-
