BUG: ToC only moves to the sidebar once page is reloaded
The problem

JS doesn't move the toc to the right sidebar:

Reload the page. ToC moves:

Seems to affect all browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome).
By testing locally, we thought !368 (merged) was the guilt one, but apparently not (#297 (closed)). We shipped !370 (merged), !371 (merged), and !372 (merged), with no success.
@iamphill could you help us to fix this?
