Markdown guide: Add a note to create Twitter/X screenshots instead of Markdown embeds

Tweet embeds can cause failures in CI/CD (workaround in handbook!3396 (merged)), and otherwise cause rendering troubles in the handbook.

This MR adds a note to the markdown guide to instead upload a screenshot to persist the tweet, and ensure that everyone can access it.
