Add shortcode for rendering Approved_Software_and_Integrations yaml file

Kyle Smith requested to merge ks-add-short-code-for-approved-sw into main

Why is this change being made?

  • Add shortcode for rendering Approved_Software_and_Integrations yaml file

Based on what we did for data classification index. This update to GitLab's docsy theme (I THINK) will make it possible to render the yaml file in the handbook page for approved individual use software. After we do this, we'll need to merge the shortcode MR udate (currently failing as there is no shortcode).
