Add optional note to iteration training template

Previously the iteration training issue template included a requirement that the trainee modify the template. That implied iteration has value unto itself, but GitLab believes in iteration as a way of delivering value, not "iteration for iteration's sake". This adds a note that modifying the template is "Optional" - to be done if the trainee believes there is value to be added.
