Add discussion on item to iteration training

During the Plan PM/EM Iteration training we split our discussion into two parts; a retrospective on successful past iteration and one on items that could've been iterated on better. In the final section we took a piece of work coming up for development imminently and discussed how it could be better iterated on. The video is available here.

This accomplished two things:

1. Allowed the lessons of the training and previous two discussions to be applied immediately, in a practical way, and
2. Exposed blockers to iteration that we might experience in the future.

It doesn't really matter which feature or piece of work is chosen. In fact, we discussed one that had already had a lot of scope cut and was quite challenging to further iterate on.

We were going off-script from the training somewhat, and up against the clock so perhaps a section in the iteration training specifically for this would be useful.
