Created a template for OKR updates for the Manage stage. Bot should automatically call this template

  1. At the beginning of every quarter as a reminder to create OKRs.
  2. Due date should be 10 days into the quarter.

For later, another bot can 2. At the end of each month put a reminder to update OKRs ( I believe there is a feature in OKR project to configure this as well )
