Remove reading requirement from Onboarding

This todo item during PM's first 100 days is an unrealistic reading assignment.

One of the articles alone is ~26,000+ words. Another is obscured by a newsletter signup.

There's no doubt that there is some good content in there, however, this is a prime example of information overload during onboarding and this task can be safely removed with no negative impact on team member contribution.
