Update group owners for kickoff videos

With the reshuffle of PMs in the dev group, I've updated the kickoff template for next month.

Moved @cdybenko to groupproduct planning, added myself (@mjwood) to group:certify, and updated groupgitaly from @derekferguson to myself (@mjwood).
