Get better at adding new architecture components to the component documentation

Summary

We recently added a new service, Praefect, which is a reverse-proxy wrapper to enable HA Gitaly. While this service led to the creation of a new documentation page, Praefect failed to make its way to the Component section of our Architecture documentation.

Problem to solve

We need to figure out a way to ensure component documentation is updated systematically.
