Pilot new category direction page template

Background & purpose

We have iterated on the category direction page template in accordance with #5309 (closed). The changes were made via this MR.

We are going to pilot this with the product groups in the Dev Section to gather feedback and further iterate before rolling out to the entire product organization.

Pilot Plan

  1. Update the direction page for ONE of your marketing categories with the new template. Please do this with the January Direction Page update task - DUE 2023-02-15
  2. Ask questions on this issue and directly @ mention @sarahwaldner with questions
  3. Provide feedback in the feedback thread
  4. @sarahwaldner will open a new merge request to incorporate the feedback and solicit a review from PLT
