Third CDF Proposal
Overview
We have been asked to simplify the new proposed CDF to competencies and reduce them to 5.
New Proposal
- We removed the two tracks - strategy and company results
- I have combined Quad/Hive Alignment + Values First into Aligning teams with Values since after discussing in person the most likely way to coach PMs to get results with the Quads would be with values this was a natural fit
- I have combined Domain Expertise and External Brand into Thought Leadership and combined those KPIs
