Q3 Shared Product and UX OKR: Adoption Through Usability

This issue serves to outline and track the collaboration between Product and UX on improvements to merge requests and the following shared KR:

Increase SUS score to 72.5 by focusing on improvements to Merge Request identified in issue: www-gitlab-com#11204 (closed) and other usability improvements in issue: #2697 (closed)
