[MR Widget Eng] Test summary high-level summary

Proposal

Build the summary level of the widget (weight 3):

• load the data, enable the polling, put in the expandEvent, import and register the extension
• implement the summary method for levels one and two
  • Test summary contained _______ out of _______ total tests at level one
  • rspec unit pg/20 found _______ out of _______ total tests at level two
• implement the statusIcon method for levels one and two (success if all passed, warning if any failed)
