Assorted improvements to the webapp

After this is merged :

• Key project and license information can be set when creating a new project (Relates to #268)
• Fixed issue where text runs off the end of editor (#278 (closed))
• The part button on the toolbar creates a modal to select parts already used
• Provided better link from output to editor text

Also should fix the modal spinner sometime staying on the screen (#221 (closed))
