Make preamble option consistent
This PR fixes issue #64 (closed) by catching all possibilities of passing a preamble file to git latexdiff and converting from relative to absolute path.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
