Getting completion status for a force feedback effect
I am currently using GilRs for Servo's implementation of the Gamepad API and am in the middle of implementing GamepadHapticActuator, but it seems like there's no event or method to poll for the completion status of a force feedback effect. Would it be feasible to surface this information somehow? I have access to all the target platforms for GilRs so I'm happy to submit a merge request if you have a general idea of what would need to be done.
