doc: don't complain when purging build folder if it's missing

tinywrkb requested to merge tinywrkb/stringsext:doc_rmf into master

I packaged the stringsext as an AUR package for Arch Linux.
Having the build process output an error message because rm can't find the build folder might confuse users to think something is wrong with the packaging.
