Add new watchlist features

This MR:

  • Adds a button to the business pop-up to add a POI to the watchlist without requiring an edit.
  • Adds a check for the check_date:opening_hours tag for items on the watchlist
  • Fixes the watchlist not being reloaded after adding POIs to it.

To Follow at a later point: A checker for the website-tag of POIs
