fix zoomInBubble always appearing on every reload

nic547 requested to merge nic547/osmybiz:merge-bubble-fix into develop

The value indicating that the zoomInBubble doesn't need to appear was loaded too late, causing it to alaways appear on reloads, until the user zoomed in.
