Translations for OSMyBiz consist of translations from the iD-Editors tagging scheme and from it's own custom strings translated via transifex.

This MR updates the existing translations, based on the files available on 2022-12-04. It also updates the instructions for adding new languages to OSMyBiz.

The translations from the id-tagging scheme are currently checked in twice - one "full" version under tools, the stripped version in the assets for the frontend. I think it could make sense to only keep the stripped version and .gitignore the full ones - Any objections?
