Gene Transcript Field

A new transcript field has been added to GenePanelEntrySnapshot.

The ability to specify transcripts per gene is required for additional findings. The field can contain multiple transcript entries and is only editable by Curators. The values are displayed in the details tab for each gene on a panel and through the API.
