Update ASPECT parameters.json to latest ASPECT version.

Hi @CFDer, I was made aware of this plugin by Sibiao Liu at GEOMAR and found it extremely helpful. We are interested in advertising it more broadly in the ASPECT community. Currently the parameters.json is somewhat out of date for newer ASPECT versions though. In this branch I updated the file to the latest ASPECT version. Would you be interested in updating the file? You will see that one big change in the json file is that special characters are no longer mangled (e.g. _20 is now an actual space). Would this be a problem for the extension? Also are there any other changes I would have to do to the file before including it in the extension? Let me know in case you want me to change anything about the MR or want to chat about something else.
