feat: seperate foreground and background for hero

The Garuda is seperate from the background, allowing us to put any image or design behind it, while also making it parallax. Perhaps we can do a gallery slideshow where it goes through all of the wallpapers Garuda Linux offers?

This MR is very much subjective and optional. If it isn't liked, it most certainly shouldn't be merged.
