Add btop

MR to add btop to default package list for Sway.

If merged, I will follow up with another MR to replace htop as the application which is launched when clicking the CPU or memory icons in the Waybar. The reason for the replacement is btop has a nicer/more interesting interface (a little more fancy) with a little more information (network monitor, used/available/cache/free breakdown for memory, etc) and a better overall presentation than htop.
