Uncomment VerbosePkgLists in pacman-default.conf

Pacman.conf shows packages list to upgrade in a non-structured way by default, making it very difficult to see what gets updated, installed, removed, version changes and sizes.

The Verbose option displays a very comprehensible list of exactly what is going to happen.

I am not sure this MR points to the right branch, as there are 3 of them here. I tend to believe now that Raptor is released, the Master branch is the right one to use.
