Making the Garuda Wallpapers available from the gnome settings panel

Update src/garuda-wallpapers/Aurora-Dragon.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Black-Eagle.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Darkwing-Beast.jpg, src/garuda-wallpapers/Garuda-Bateleur.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Garuda-Desert.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Garuda-Eagle.jpg, src/garuda-wallpapers/Golden-Eagle.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Harpy-Eagle.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Hawk-Eagle.jpg, src/garuda-wallpapers/Imperial-Eagle.jpg, src/garuda-wallpapers/Metall-SGS.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Patak-remix.png, src/garuda-wallpapers/Serpent-Eagle.jpg, src/garuda-wallpapers/Spotted-Eagle.jpg, src/garuda-wallpapers/makefile, src/garuda-wallpapers/backgrounds-xml.sh Also change the default installation directory to /usr/share/backgrounds instead of /usr/share/wallpapers in Gnome edition
