fix(garuda-video-config): provide properly versioned package

We did not use versions for mhwd-garuda yet and I don't see any reason for keeping our git package around.

This introduces proper versions (taking the garuda-graphics-configs one as a starting point) for mhwd-garuda. In order mhwd-garuda-git is replaced by mhwd-garuda.

This should ensure we use the intended files for garuda-graphics-config and properly check our sources before pushing a new version. Fixes #2 (closed).
