[Snyk] Fix for 28 vulnerabilities

Snyk has created this PR to fix one or more vulnerable packages in the `pip` dependencies of this project.

Changes included in this Merge Request

  • Changes to the following files to upgrade the vulnerable dependencies to a fixed version:
    • requirementsALL.txt
Warning
pypiwin32 223 requires pywin32, which is not installed.
jupyter-client 7.4.9 has requirement python-dateutil>=2.8.2, but you have python-dateutil 2.8.1.
googletrans 3.0.0 has requirement httpx==0.13.3, but you have httpx 0.24.1.
gensim 3.8.3 requires scipy, which is not installed.
