All Dutch translations 100% done

I've translated all Dutch.

Since I have opened all components that have translations files:

• all nl.po are changed (date) even if no translation done
• .component files have gambas 3.19.2 instead of 3.18.90
• .project files gave the same

These changes are purely by opening, not translating. Only what is in the commit log has been translated, the rest was still complete
