Bear face automatic annotation

Matthieu Fraissinet-Tachet requested to merge bear-face-automatic-annotation into main

Implements bear face bounding box annotation using Grounding DINO in src/bearfacelabeling/predict.py Also add notebooks around bear face labeling (comparison of Grounding DINO annotation with the BearID annotation, comparison of Grounding DINO annotation with Roboflow annotation, and a notebook dedicated to annotation).
