Remove old broken link from documentation page

The documentation page contains information:

The Free pascal 2.2 manuals have been translated to German by C&L, and can be purchased from the C&L website. Updated!

It was added at the beginning of the repository in 2005 and updated in 2009. Now the site does not open from anywhere in the world.
