libxml: update headers, implement dynamic loading, add libxslt and libexslt headers.

This is an update to the libxml2 library headers, which includes:

  • libxml2 library header update and fix
  • dynamic loading of libxml2 library (implements xml2dyn.pas, which is currently empty)
  • add more examples
  • add libxslt and libexslt library headers
