UnicodeData source code's size reduction, removal of unicodenumtable.pas

Reduce the size of the gernerated files UnicodeData's inclusion for at least a megabyte.

Remove the unicodenumtable.pas file ; This file was introduced in the first place to go around a compiler crash.
