[Patch] Quote path with spaces - which is passed to windress - FPC 3.2-fixes

FPC: 3.2-fixes

When using resource script and if the project directory contains spaces, compilation ends with an error.
This error has been fixed in the main version - commit: 971d7baa / issue: #36526 (closed)
