GTK3 binding units in FPC 3.2.4

Debian is depreciating GTK2 and a bug report about FPC depending on it was created.

According to Michalis Kamburelis, Lazarus provides already such bindings, but prefixed with Laz. Can we import these files and ensure correct support of GTK3 by FPC? This way we can stop depending on GTK2 and depend on GTK3 instead for the fp-unit-gfx package. Of course ppu for GTK2 will continue to be shipped, but will not guarantee link working unless user manually install gtk2 .so files.

If Needed I can prepare a patch, but would like to know if any showstopper to get it in 3.2.4 before starting that work.
