Push non master commits to docker registry

This can be useful as you can then just replace https://gitlab.com/freedesktop-sdk/freedesktop-sdk/-/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml#L13 with the out put of the echos

This will be WIP until its been fully verified.

We tried to make new images with the branch name but it seems "devs" can not create new "images" only tags.
