Set XCURSORPATH for wayland cursor

catsout requested to merge catsout/fix-wayland-xcursor-path-master into master

It seems that XDG_DATA_DIRS is not accepted by upstream.
Set XCURSORPATH manually, same as xorg-lib-xcursor.bst.
Fix #1484 (closed).
