gst-libav: Stop caching html5 ffmpeg codecs

This modifies the patch on gst-libav to include the directory for the more featureful ffmpeg installed with the html5-codecs extension. Doing this required me to move the extension point, as unfortunately I know of no simple way to find the multiarch triple in C.
