components/gtk3: backport patches for the upcoming g-s-d release
With gnome-settings-daemon 40 the place where gtk is looking for some settings will change and we need the following upstream patches for it to be forward compatible.
Everything is included in gtk 3.24.26 though we are abi frozen at .21
