components/linux.bst: PinePhone Pro configs (**backport**)

Tanvir Roshid requested to merge tanvir/backport/pinephone/pro/configs into release/23.08

This is a backport of two MR's:

The first MR adds the necessary configs to the master branch that boots both the PinePhone Pro and PinePhone. The second MR is a syntax fix because we should be using the updated "case "$arch" in" syntax over the original "case "%{arch}" in" syntax from the original buildstream file.
