Configure networking on the reference VM image

Related to #64 (closed), which is closed, but I don't understand why.

This configuration files and system-integration steps are necessary to have networking out-of-the-box. Also including systemd-resolved configuration as I spent quite some time figuring out why it wouldn't work on my network. Turns out that DNSSEC is enabled by default and it's not supported in by some local dns servers.
