desktop/mesa: Add Mesa patch for fullscreen Totem
This patch was recently submitted upstream:

I know it hasn't been merged yet, but:
- the devs seem to be positive about it (multiple core devs acked the patch, the CI didn't catch any regression)
- the patch has been used for a few months in Fedora without any issues (the developer who wrote that patch apparently forgot to submit it upstream until now
😅 )
Right now apps like Totem can often look completely broken when fullscreened, so it would be nice to have include this patch without waiting for the next release including it.
